Welcome to the Kapalua Bay Villas, a private oceanfront community located on the Island of Maui within the Kapalua Resort on 16 luxurious acres. We are an association of home owners, and although we do not handle rentals, our goal is to convey the beauty of our island and our property to anyone who visits – because we believe it is truly special.

 

Overlooking the mesmerizing Oneloa Bay, the Bay Villas are located on 16 acres of immaculate kept grounds abounding with tropical foliage, fronting a beautiful stretch of secluded beach, with the islands of Lanai and Molokai serving as backdrops to this Pacific Island paradise.
