The Association’s purpose is to manage, maintain, and care for the Association’s property.

 

The Board of Director’s mission is to facilitate and organize the Association, to enlist the cooperation of all homeowner’s in abiding by the CC&R’s and house rules, and to continue to work towards making improvements for the betterment of our community.

 

As home owners, our collective goals are to:

 

• Take responsibility for our individual property

• Share responsibility for communal grounds

• Keep our property beautiful, clean, and free of any unsightly scenery

• Maintain the peace and calm serenity of our environment

• Aloha ‘aina – to love and respect the land, and be stewards of it

• Share the beauty with others
